After more than 30 years of successful collaboration, Kip Apostol is retiring and stepping into a well-deserved retirement. Apostol, who served as Managing Director, played a pivotal role in shaping the Hundegger brand for over three decades.

After more than 30 years of successful collaboration, Kip Apostol is retiring and stepping into a well-deserved retirement. 
Apostol, who served as Managing Director, played a pivotal role in shaping the Hundegger brand for over three decades. Hans Hundegger AG extends its best wishes to the outgoing Managing Director for the future.

Effective January 1, 2026, Hundegger assumed direct control of its U.S. representation and founded the new company Hundegger Inc., headquartered in North Carolina. All previous employees of the subsidiary Hundegger USA will remain with the company, ensuring that customers continue to benefit from the same expertise and service quality they have come to expect.

This strategic investment underscores Hundegger’s strong commitment to the U.S. market and delivers significant advantages for customers:
